Symposium Policies

Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations must be made in writing and post marked or E-mailed no later than August 27, 2007 for a refund. Cancellations post marked or E-mailed prior to August 27, 2007 will receive a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations post marked or E-mailed after August 27, 2007 and no shows, will not receive a refund.

Refunds requested after the no-refund date related to life crises including, but not limited to the death of an immediate family member may be granted (minus a reasonable processing fee) or decided at the discretion of the Executive Director in consultation with the Executive Committee. Documentation may be requested at the discretion of the Executive Director. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the start of the symposium.

Submit your cancellations to the CARA Symposium Office in writing using one of the following:

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation no later than 48 hours after you have sent it to the CARA Symposium Office. If you do not receive this notification, you should re-contact the Symposium office.
