Sacramento County Drug Court is a jail diversion program for individuals who meet the following guidelines:
  • No prior conviction controlled substance
  • Offense involves no violence or threats
  • Probation or parole has not been previously revoked and not reinstated
  • No prior termination in diversion within 5 years
  • No prior conviction of felony within 5 years

Treatment Type: Outpatient-high intensity
  • Level I – 4-12 weeks:
    • 3 groups per week
    • 5 acupuncture per week
    • 1 nutrition class per week
    • 3 self-help meetings/week
    • Scheduled drug testing 3 times a week
    • 1 individual session.
  • Level II – 12 weeks:
    • 3 groups per week
    • 3 self-help meetings per week
    • 1 individual session
    • Scheduled drug testing 3 times a week.
  •  Level III – 12 weeks:
    • 2 groups per week
    • 1 individual session
    • 3 self-help meetings per week
    • 8 random drug tests per month.
  • Level IV – 12 weeks.
    • 2 groups per week
    • 1 individual session
    • 3 self-help groups per week
    • 8 random drug tests per month.
  • Relapse Prevention 
    • Mandated for clients Level ll through Level lV if relapsed
Exercise Classes take place outside on warm spring days
